Self discipline and practice of abstinence have been identified as ways to avoid risk associated with early sexual intercourse among the youths. These risk includes, unwanted pregnancy, abortion, distractions from academics, sexually transmitted diseases and HIV- AIDS· This report look at benefits of abstinence in youths development.
